What is User Experience (UX) Design?

The user's experience on your website or mobile app can affect an individuals satisfaction with your brand / product.  That is were the User Experience (UX) Design comes in. 

Simply put, "UX design, or user experience design, is the process of increasing a user’s level of satisfaction with a product or service by improving its functionality, ease of use and convenience."
