Carl Dukatz, Quantum Program Lead, Principal Director at Accenture, provides business use cases for organizations interested in pursuing Quantum Computing.  The use cases Carl discusses are 1) Agriculture Production, 2) BMW, 3) Housing Price Estimator, 4) Neurological Diseases, 4) Package Delivery, 6) Portfolio Optimization, 7) Railway Freight Planning, and 8) Route Optimization.  Carl also provides the process Accenture uses to implement Quantum Computing Algorithms into an organization and an overview of Quantum Algorithms.  

According to Dr. Oliver, finding these business use cases is an active area of research.  There's hope that smaller-scale quantum computers, working as a co-processor for a classical computer, may provide quantum advantage for certain types of problems in machine learning, simulation, optimization, or quantum dynamics.  However, the reality is, we just don't know yet.  Finding a useful killer app that offers some level of advantage when using NISQ scale quantum computers would be a tremendous advance, one that would potentially kickstart a virtuous cycle that ultimately leads, in the long term, to large-scale fault-tolerant quantum computers.
