What Is An Internship?

Internships are an opportunity for a student to enrich their personal development, career, and academic study.

Internships have the guidance and oversight of an industry professional in the career field or area of study.  Internships are often considered for one academic semester (fall, winter, spring, summer) or can span any combination of length as agreeable by both the student and business or industry professional.  Internships can be part- or full time, paid or unpaid.
