What is Click-Through Rate (CTR)?
Click-Through rate or CTR is a metric that measures impressions that resulted in a click. Let's say you run an advertising campaign on twitter your CTR is a direct measure of how "impressionable" users found your ad to be. If many people click your advertisement then it's performing well, however if they choose to scroll past and do nothing then the advertisement didn't achieve its purpose. A high CTR implies your content is relevant and a low CTR implies your content isn't relevant. A good CTR tends to be industry specific so it will depend based on what industry you work in.
